By users adding prescription and over-the-counter medications to their PharmAssist profile, the app will allow customers to set reminders to take multiple medications as well as the dosages of each. PharmAssist will then be able to send system-generated notifications with auditory, visual, and vibratory affects; making it as convenient as possible to remember to take medication. Subsequently, the app will allow individuals to easily log medication in their personal log. The personal log acts as a safety feature to resist accidental overdose on medication. A copy of a personal log can even be printed out or shared with medical professionals to inform them of the user's medicine intake for everyday appointments or in the case of an emergency.
